Fast Delivery Prompt Despatch



UK Standard Shipping is 5-7 working days.

We will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay BEFORE you confirm the order. 
Unfortunately we have to charge shipping but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order. 

We only ship to the UK.  We do not have an overseas service currently.

Safe Place Deliveries

All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday. We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient. Most orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable or a specified address is inaccessible, the delivery will be returned to Plain Sailing Chandlery. 

We may not always be able to leave an order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
 By opting for a parcel to be left in a safe place you are deciding on the way it is to be delivered, from this point on it’s your responsibility.

UK Mainland Larger/Heavy items up to : £ 29.55 (5 – 7 working days)

Due to the continual changes and alterations regarding the rules and regulations which govern the transportation of hazardous goods we may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery of some items. Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of order are accurate and correct but there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.
